What are your rates and is there a minimum charge?

What about materials?

All prices exclude materials. We are happy to supply all the materials needed and these will be charged separately.

 

Will your staff have the right tools with them?

Yes. we carry a full range of tools to be able to deal with a wide number of different jobs.

 

Do you do free estimates?

Yes, we provide free of charge estimates, preferably over the phone.

 

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry £1m public liability insurance.

 

How quickly can you come and fix it for me?

we can normally fix it for you within 24-48 hours.

 

Do you work weekends and evenings?

Yes, 

 

Do you have Gas Safe Engineers?

Yes, we are Gas Safe registered.

 

Do you have accredited Electricians?

No, our electrical work is limited to replacement work.

 

Are your Staff reliable?

We are highly reliable, a fact supported by our excellent customer satisfaction feedback.

 

Will your Staff keep me waiting?

No, we give a specific one hour appointment at your convenience.

I will let you know immediately in the rare event that we cannot honour my commitment.
